I am a qualified Easibirthing® instructor, a hypnobirthing method which was developed over 27 years ago to provide you with the knowledge and ability to have a positive birth experience.
However you are feeling about birth, I am here to provide you with a listening ear and a reassuring voice. My goal is to help you approach delivery with confidence in your own abilities, with the knowledge to give birth your own way.
Both my online and Dorset-based hypnobirthing courses cover techniques such as self-hypnosis, guided visualisation, breathing, and relaxation. These methods can be used in the lead-up to birth and during each stage of labour to keep you calm, grounded, and in control of your experience. You will also learn how to manage pain and discomfort, and gain knowledge to help you trust your body’s innate ability.

Group and private hypnobirthing sessions are held across four sessions, each lasting 2.5 hours. All attendees receive a handbook and MP3s to read and listen to in their own time.
