New for 2024
I am pleased to be offering hypnotherapy sessions in Axminster, East Devon, at the Axminster Health & Wellbeing Centre. The centre offers a relaxed, calm and comfortable space for sessions, and some evening appointments are available.
My approach to hypnotherapy is holistic – integrating a wealth of additional psychotherapeutic training including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and traditional Hypnotherapy, among others.
It is impossible to learn everything there is about the human mind. So, I put time and care into updating my training and improving my knowledge. This allows me to tailor sessions to your individual preferences and needs. After all, we are all unique and no two people’s requirements are the same.
Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool for connecting with your own inner resources. My aim is to help you reconnect with these resources, even if you feel totally disconnected from them.
I offer hypnosis sessions for stress, anxiety, phobias, weight loss, relationship issues and much more.
