HYPNOTHERAPY session fees
Hypnotherapy session fees are £65 for a one-hour session, which is paid by bank transfer ahead of the session. Bank details are provided in advance of sessions.
The initial fifteen minute consultation is free of charge, please contact me to arrange a no-obligation chat. Initial consultations are held via Zoom or over the phone. It is advisable to find a quiet space where you are comfortable to speak and where distractions can be limited for the initial conversation, and also for subsequent hypnotherapy sessions.
I offer some sessions at a reduced fee for those who are struggling financially. Please ask me if you would like more information about this.
HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION INFORMATION
Both online hypnotherapy and in-person sessions last for one hour. Between 3 – 5 sessions are recommended to achieve maximum results, however my goal is to complete our work in the fewest number of sessions possible. Clients are welcome to return for follow-up sessions, or to explore other areas at a later date.
To prepare for an online hypnosis session, I advise clients to find a comfortable space in which you won’t be disturbed. A comfortable armchair with your computer, tablet or laptop set up at or just below eye level works best. Please remember to switch your phone off or to “do not disturb” before the session to help keep distractions to a minimum.

session CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly ask you to observe my cancellation policy and consider this before booking a session.
The full session fee is charged if a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
